This commission was for the design of a large scale, mixed-use development at Tolworth, on a site located between the Kingston bypass and Tolworth station and consisted of Commercial, Retail and Residential floor space.
Rising up to 14 stories in places the project contains 460 residential apartments, 100 000ft2 of retail space and 200 000ft2 of office space.
The residential units are located around enclosed courtyards to ensure high quality air and environmental standards are achieved within the busy suburban location.
The scheme was presented to, and received endorsement from, CABE.
