Joel has led and developed many innovative schemes working closely with clients to achieve a high quality finish and ensuring their project aspirations are achieved. Joel maintains a strong emphasis on client liaison, ensuring that clients receive a high level of professionalism throughout their projects.
Projects include: designing educational and sporting facilities; residential schemes from one off bespoke luxury homes through to large scale housing developments, commercial development of offices and retail schemes, both large and small-scale, and healthcare facilities, including the refurbishment of acute mental healthcare units.
