Yet another of the schemes resulting from our long term relationship with Yorkshire Housing as one of their Consultant Framework Suppliers, the scheme at Fairfield Drive Ossett comprises of 4 self-contained flats and 15 dwellings arranged to ensure maximum utilization of the site available, providing a mixture of 2 & 3 bed accommodation plus 3 single storey dwellings suitable for wheelchair users.
Careful consideration was given to the palette and arrangement of the external materials used for the elevational treatment to deliver both a fresh contemporary aesthetic and cost effectiveness to ensure the accommodation potential of the site was maximized and badly needed quality affordablehousing was produced.
