Project: The masterplanning and detailed design of a new store, retail and residential units

The project required the design of a mixed use scheme on a challenging site. The topography required the introduction of a basement car park, with retail above.
The scheme was also required to regenerate the town centre with the introduction of smaller retail units and residential accommodation.
