Stonebridge Mills – Spot the difference
Last week we took the opportunity to visit the Stonebridge Mills site following the final snagging exercise for the heritage conversion units.
It has been incredible to witness the transformation of the 19th century cotton mill into modern family homes, and very humbling to chat to some of the residents who have already moved in.
Marketed as Stonebridge Beck, the development offers a unique combination of mill townhouses and mill cottages (many of which retain original features), together with contemporary new 2, 3 and 4-bedroomed homes. Find out more about the development here.
We’ve been involved in the project from inception through to completion and it’s been a pleasure to work alongside Rushbond PLC, Advent Developments and Caddick Construction to bring this historic site back to life.
