DELIVERING INSPIRING DESIGN
ACROSS MULTIPLE SECTORS

Building Information Modelling (BIM)

S+SA Architects is able to effectively evaluate positive and negative environmental impacts of every planned build. By marrying intelligent design to the latest eco-friendly, energy saving materials and building methods we can deliver more sustainable structures.

Our collaborative approach to architecture is complimented through the incorporation of BIM, enabling coordination with all members of the design team at all stages of the design process. Using the latest 3D modelling software, S+SA develops complex designs to optimise the construction process along with the production of 3D models for visualisation of the design at an earlier stage.

Our quality management and administration procedures are key to ensuring BIM is incorporated within the design process to ensure production information meets the highest level of detail.
