Project Overview

Status: Planning Permission Granted

Plans have been approved to develop 15 bespoke holiday lodges on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Located 15 miles from Whitby, the scheme will provide a range of accommodation, creating an exemplar holiday destination to benefit the wider National Park. Members of the planning committee complimented the design of the scheme which will utilise modern methods of construction.

The finishing touches are underway for a new drive-thru unit in Consett. Greggs will soon be moving into the unit, further expanding their presence of drive-thru locations in the UK.

This project presented a unique challenge as we transformed a disused petrol station into a modern and functional drive-thru facility. Our team was appointed by J A Lewis Development Consulting to handle the planning and construction designs, ensuring that every detail aligns with Gregg’s specifications.

It's been a busy start to the year at S+SA! Our retail team has been hard at work delivering multiple Tesco Express new stores across the North of England and Scotland.

From initial concept to completion, we're involved across all RIBA stages of the process, collaborating closely with developers to ensure these stores meet Tesco's standards. Whether it's a new build site or a renovation of an existing building, we're committed to delivering excellence.

We're excited to continue supporting new schemes and eagerly anticipate the opening of even more stores as the year unfolds.
