The Commission
The appointment required S+SA to design and deliver six new build affordable rural residential units for the Sanctuary Housing Association on a rural exception site within the North Yorks Moors National Park (the appointment was paired with a second similar commission for the nearby village of Danby).
Our Input
This covered all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work from inception through to completion.
Our Value
S+SA worked closely with the Parish Council and North York Moors National Parks Planning Authority in the development of the proposals, incorporating vernacular construction detailing to successfully achieve full planning consent.
