Client: Yorkshire Housing Association
Size: 15,886.80 sq ft
Status: Completed

Another scheme resulting from our long-term relationship with Yorkshire Housing. As one of their consultant framework suppliers, the scheme at Fairfield Drive in Ossett comprised of 4 self-contained flats and 15 dwellings arranged to ensure maximum utilisation of the site available, providing a mixture of 2 & 3 bed accommodation plus 3 single storey dwellings suitable for wheelchair users.

Careful consideration was given to the palette and arrangement of the external materials used for the elevational treatment to deliver both a fresh contemporary aesthetic and cost-effectiveness to ensure the accommodation potential of the site was maximised and badly needed quality affordable housing was produced.
