The proposed development consists of the re-development of an existing industrial warehouse building; including part demolition and re-clad of the existing structure. Internally the building layout will be rationalised and fitted out to a high standard bringing the unit into modern day standards. Along with the refurbishment of the building, external areas will be adjusted and refreshed in line within the updated building layout to enhance usabilty.
