Greggs have recently expanded into the drive-thru sector. We were appointed to provide a full architectural service for a new single-storey drive-thru unit within an existing retail park in Port Talbot, Wales.

The new drive-thru units has created new jobs for the area and a convenient food outlet for local people. The unit features storage, servicing, indoor and outdoor seating areas with 16 associated parking spaces.

What a year it’s been! Over 140 projects, and exciting ventures with new and existing clients.

Our biggest milestone? Becoming a B Corp 🌍—just the start of our journey to make a difference for people, place, and planet.

We also welcomed new team members, celebrated achievements, and made memories with our first charity quiz, team socials, and more.

As we head into 2025, we’ve got big plans—stay tuned!

We are proud to support Mission Christmas once again, especially with the cost-of-living pressures still impacting so many families across the UK. This initiative ensures that children living in poverty wake up to a gift on Christmas morning.

Last week, our team got into the festive spirit by wearing their Christmas jumpers and bringing in presents for the appeal. These gifts are now on their way to a local drop-off point, ready to brighten the lives of children in need.

Yesterday, 8 of the S+SA team joined the Mental Elf Charity Run to support @mindinharrogate101

The rain stopped just in time, and we enjoyed a sunny 5k around Conyngham Hall in Knaresborough.

We’re proud to have raised £500 for this amazing local charity promoting mental health and wellbeing in our community.

Project Update – On Site in York

Fast progress on site in York, where the steel frame is now going up. This project with Impala Estates involves the redevelopment of an existing industrial unit, adding a substantial 20,000 sq ft extension alongside a complete refurbishment of the existing building.

Great to see the structure taking shape, enhancing the space to meet both current and future demands.

A few of us took advantage of the good weather and headed out for a refreshing walk in the nearby woodland. We’re lucky to work in such a beautiful area, especially with the autumn leaves adding a burst of color to the trails. Perfect way to get some fresh air, stretch our legs, and start the week feeling recharged!
