Work begins on a £5.2m care home in Telford for Exemplar
Construction is underway to build a new 33-bed care home in Telford. Working with Deeley Construction for our client Exemplar the development features 33 large bedrooms with en-suites, as well as a communal dining area, living spaces and sensory bathrooms. Other facilities include a central activities hub, a therapy room and a large accessible garden.
The space has been thoughtfully designed with future residents in mind, when completed the home will provide specialist care to support adults living with complex needs, such as brain injuries, physical disabilities, complex mental health needs and dementia.
Exemplar aims to make every day better for residents by providing person-centered care that focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled as possible.
